American and American is White. The rest of the rabble are CITIZENS not

Nationals. The difference is critical. One is an organic growth that is

produced by the natural means of birth among a kind as part of a living

people. The other a civic status awarded by a state. Nations exist prior

to statehood ... states have no existence apart from nations. Ideally

the 'people' and the nation are co-identical.
