Her name is Shiloh Hendrix, and she went viral for
using the “N-word” to reprimand a nigger that who
stole her 18-month-old baby’s diaper bag in a

Finding out the Somali guy who filmed Shiloh

The Rochester Attorney’s Office has charged Shiloh
Hendrix with three counts of disorderly conduct for the
alleged use of racial slurs against a Somali child.
Hendrix faces up to 90 days in prison if convicted.

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – The Rochester City
Attorney’s Office moves to leverage three counts of
Disorderly Conduct against Shiloh Hendrix, a woman
who used racial slurs against a Somali child with a
disability in a since-viral video in April.
The charges would amount to a maximum of 90 days in
jail and/or a $1,000 fine.
The legal complaint is still subject to review and
approval by a district court judge, but it concludes that
“[Shiloh] wrongfully and unlawfully engaged in
offensive, obscene, abusive, boisterous, or noisy
conduct, or in offensive obscene, or abusive language
that would reasonably tend to arouse alarm, anger, or
resentment in others.” (Free Speech is only Free if it
does not offend Jews Minorities Sodomites and Now
Pedophiles.)
This matter involved a large amount of evidence and
required careful consideration of potential charging
options across multiple offices. Additionally, under
Minnesota law, prosecutors are required to involve and
consider the perspective of the crime victim. Given the
sensitive and complicated nature of this case, along with
the high level of public attention, completing the
necessary reviews and conversations with the victim’s
family took longer than usual.
The City Attorney’s Office remains focused on the legal
process and is committed to ensuring a fair process. We
will not speculate on the length of the court process or
the potential outcome.

accountability and progress in Rochester.”
Minnesota is cool with having Somalian child predators
in their parks but don’t you dare call them a word.
It’s not disorderly conduct, it’s freedom of speech.
Law enforcement now exists only to punish white

Even now that she has more than enough to pay the
fines, she shouldn’t. If blacks can get away with murder

Soon as these incidents create a precedent (case law) the
criminalization threshold will be lowered leading to
more serious felonious charges.

The anti-White "justice" system has preposterously
thrown not one, not two, but THREE separate
charges of disorderly conduct at Shiloh Hendrix
from the April incident in which she said the most
popular word in the English language as she exited
a public park after catching a Somali child stealing
from her and being harangued by a Somali man.
No adjective can adequately describe how
flagrantly, maliciously anti-White this prosecution
is. Shiloh Hendrix is on film NOT committing ANY
crime. Except, of course, the crime of being White.
For this, the depraved Rochester City Attorney's
Office in Minnesota has thrown observable reality
out the window and placed its crosshairs on the
back of an innocent White mother.
Even in isolation, the incident was clearly noncriminal,
but in the scope of ALL the public
behavior we see on display across this country on a
daily basis, it truly reveals just how impossibly
malicious this is.
Presumably, Shiloh is being charged under
Minnesota Statute 609.72, subd. 1(3), which defines
disorderly conduct as “engaging in offensive,
obscene, abusive, boisterous, or noisy conduct or
language that reasonably arouses alarm, anger, or
resentment in others."
The statute itself is insultingly unconstitutional. She
took no action unprotected by the US Constitution.
Her speech, however "offensive," doesn't meet
“fighting words” or “true threat” thresholds; it
didn’t provoke imminent violence or constitute a
true threat.
Terms like “offensive,” “abusive,” and “tending
reasonably to arouse alarm” are entirely subjective
and only serve to chill protected speech. Needless
to say, if Shiloh Hendrix wasn't White - or if the
people on the other side of the camera weren't
non-White, no prosecutor in America would spend
one second even considering bringing charges for
such an absolute non-event.
Alas, a member of America's ONLY unprotected
class offended the delicate sensibilities of America's
sacred Diversity™ class, so the system spent four
months concocting this prosecutorial hoax to
punish her blasphemy.
"Disorderly" is always what they default to when
they have nothing. In this case, it's simply a standin
for "She's White." Once again, "Lady Justice"
removes her blindfold and lays herself bare as the
anti-White monster that she is.
I sincerely hope that a lawyer will not only take this
case on Shiloh's behalf, but do so pro bono. It
shouldn't cost Shiloh a penny of the funds she
previously raised to now defend herself against the
anti-White anarcho-tyranny of City Attorney
Michael Spindler-Krage and his underlings.
And if it does, we must reboot the fundraiser to
offset the legal expenses.
A serious federal government would intervene
here. I'm not holding my breath.

lines of “it's only a misdemeanor, not a big deal,” or
“it'll be overturned for sure if they convict her,
nothing to worry about,” then you're an absolute
imbecile.
No reaction to this is an overreaction. This is an
existential struggle. These people have all the
power in the world and they are actively wielding it
exclusively against White people.
This is the American justice system once again
showcasing calculated, meticulous anti-White
malice. There's a laundry list of examples like this,
from misdemeanors to felonies. White kid says a
word?
Hate Crime! White guy defends himself? Hate
Crime! It never works in any other direction.
The purpose of a system is what it does - and what
the American justice system does is excuse the
criminality of non-Whites while criminalizing the

What happened in Cincinnati justified our thesis over
again. It wasn't a simple fight, it was a organized hate
crime and most importantly a clear organized lynching
attempt to white people. After reviewing the video of
the Cincinnati brawl, I count 32 head stomps on the
male victim, delivered by 17 active assailants. About 12
additional bystanders blocked aid or watched without
intervening. The female intervener was punched
unconscious, likely sustaining TBI from the impact.

downtown Cincinnati that left six people injured. He’s
been charge with a federal gun charge after being
accused of being the 'catalyst' in a viral brawl in

that a group of what some people alleged to be
suspected white supremacists, were walking
around threatening to fight Black guys. The crowd
initially ignored them. Until one of the white men

Cincinnati police union rips arrest of White victim in
viral street attack as political interference

Cincinnati felon with 22 prior arrests indicted for
allegedly snatching victim's chain during viral beatdown
The Cincinnati police union slammed a criminal case
being brought against a victim in last month’s viral
beatdown over the man’s alleged role in the violence.
A 45-year-old White man was arrested earlier this week
in connection to the assault in the city’s downtown area,
the Cincinnati Police Department confirmed to Fox
News Digital.
Authorities have not named the suspect, who police said
was a victim in the attack and therefore is protected
under Marsy’s Law, which prevents officials from
releasing his identity.
However, the victim’s attorney confirmed to Fox News
that his name is Alex Tchervinski.
Tchervinski’s lawyer, Douglas Brannon, revealed his
client was allegedly hit in the head 28 times and robbed
during the attack, while trying to protect his girlfriend
and another friend while the group was enjoying a night
out.
“What this has done, it has made Alex a victim now for
the second time by bringing criminal charges against
him,” Brannon told Fox News.

Brannon reportedly pointed to his client acting in selfdefense
during the attack, while vowing to fight the
charges.
“What actually occurred is Alex was hit multiple times,
before he slapped back in an attempt to try and defend
himself and back off this group of thugs,” Brannon said.
The fight broke out on the corner of West Fourth and
Elm streets in the early morning hours of July 26.
Bystander footage of the assault shows a White man
hitting a Black man wearing a red shirt in the face,
moments before the scene devolved into chaos,
ultimately leaving six people injured and quickly going
viral online.
“We have been clear about the fact that anyone involved
in perpetrating violence should be held accountable,”
Mayor Aftab Pureval said in a statement, according to
WLWT. “This is another step toward achieving that, and
I want to thank CPD and the prosecutors for their hard
work as this process continues.”
However, Cincinnati Fraternal Order of Police President
Ken Kober ripped the arrest after previously accusing
the Pureval administration of exerting pressure on law
enforcement to find a crime to charge the victims with.
“City Solicitor [Emily] Woerner and the Pureval
administration’s blatant political meddling is the most
egregious I’ve witnessed in my career,” Kober said in a
statement to Fox News Digital. “Overruling law
enforcement and prosecutors for cheap political points
is a disgraceful stain on our city, and those responsible
should be utterly ashamed of themselves.”
Ohio state Rep. Cecil Thomas sounded off on the
severity of the charges, after previously hosting a town
hall to discuss the city’s handling of the investigation.
“The charge of Disorderly Conduct, a fourth-degree
misdemeanor, is a slap in the face to the Black
Community,” Thomas said in a statement to Fox News.
“This only inflames the community even more. The
proper charges for him should have been assault and
aggravated rioting. However, if the city or prosecutor
truly wanted to diffuse this situation and bring the
temperature down, they should drop all aggravated
rioting charges and reduce all felonious assault charges
down to misdemeanor assault, except for the individual
that struck the lady. Under no circumstance can I
condone a man hitting a woman. Charge everyone,
black or white accordingly and let the courts decide
their fate. End of story.”
David Whitehead, president of the city’s NAACP
chapter, also reportedly reacted to the new charges.
“The Cincinnati NAACP stands by and advocates for
justice under the law,” Whitehead said, according to
WLWT. “We still question the fairness in charging
based on the information we have seen and the
conversations we have had. Street altercations typically
result in disorderly conduct charges and there are at
least five defendants being charged beyond that. We
look forward to learning more about the cases and
receiving the findings of the final investigation. In the
meantime, we encourage everyone who believes in a
fair judicial system to register to vote, because that’s
how jury pools are determined.”
Pureval and Whitehead did not immediately respond to
Fox News Digital’s request for
Patrick Rosemond, 38, Jermaine Matthews, 39,
Montianez Merriweather, 34, DeKyra Vernon, 24,
Dominique Kittle, 37, and Aisha Devaughn, 25, are each
charged with three counts of alleged felonious assault,
three charges of assault and two charges of aggravated
rioting, the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office
confirmed to Fox News Digital.
Last week, authorities also announced the arrest of 32-
year-old Gregory Wright. Wright was arraigned on
alleged aggravated riot and aggravated robbery charges
on Thursday morning, where he appeared virtually in
the Hamilton County Jail.
According to court documents, Wright, who is a
convicted heroin trafficker with a lengthy criminal
record, “did by force rip the necklace off the victim
while he was being assaulted by four or more codefendants,
attempting to cause serious physical harm.”
On Thursday, an Ohio judge lowered Wright’s bond
from $100,000 to $50,000, but he is only required to
pay 10% – or $5,000 – to be released.
Wright’s attorney did not immediately respond to Fox
News Digital’s request for comment.

Attorney for man facing misdemeanor charge connected
to downtown brawl enters not guilty plea
An attorney for the man accused of slapping another
person in the downtown Cincinnati brawl last month
entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
Alex Tchervinsky, 45, was scheduled to appear on a
misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. His attorney
waived his appearance, entering a not guilty plea on his
behalf.
The case against him is complicated, since he's also
considered one of the victims of the assault.
When asked about the lack of transparency on the
charge, Tchervinsky's attorney Doug Brannon said, "I
can't explain why the city brings a charge and then
wants to try to conceal it at the same time. I think this is
something that needs to be aired to the public."
Brannon said Tchervinsky is suffering from concussion
syndrome and PTSD from the incident. Brannon said he
is representing all victims in the case, saying they all
knew each other and were celebrating a birthday at a bar
downtown.
"Nothing happened inside the bar earlier that evening.
All of the 6 people, Alex included, were just patrons
inside the club having a good time," Brannon said,
saying he isn't aware of anything that led up to the
assault that happened from his clients.
When asked if the slap seen thrown by Tchervinsky is
the reason for the disorderly conduct charge, Brannon
said the reason has not been explained to him.
" I'm very interested to learn from them why they felt it
necessary to bring this charge unde these
circumstances," he said.
Brannon did not comment when asked if any of his
clients said a racial slur, saying, "I think the videotapes
speak for themselves."
Brannon claims Tchervinsky was "acting in self defense
at all times."
A new court date was set for Sept. 9.
Investigators have still not said what started all of this,
but viral video of the violent incident appears to show
Tchervinsky slapping another man before being
seriously beaten by a group of people.
This has led to discussions around race, including from
city leaders, since Tchervinsky is the only white person
charged in the brawl's aftermath.
The seven other people who have been charged are
Black. They all face felonies instead of misdemeanors.

A 14 year old girl in Dundee, Scotland was arrested this
week and charged with brandishing a weapon in public
after she *allegedly* was defending herself and her 12
year old sister against a would-be sexual assailant.
We don't know for SURE that's why she's carrying the
weapons -- the police report has yet to be shared with
the media or public, but the video is harrowing to watch.
What's interesting to me is that the media & British
Redditors are already going out of their way to paint this
girl as a clear danger to society, something we should
have "zero tolerance" for, but are completely ignoring
the fact that sex crimes have experienced a MASSIVE
increase since the implementation of mass migration
policies.
Just a few months ago, an Afghani migrant to the UK
had his British court-appointed attorney argue that he
shouldn't be punished for raping a 15 year old girl in
BROAD DAYLIGHT because he just "didn't understand
the significant cultural differences between the UK and
Afghanistan."
I hope we learn more about this particular case, and I
pray this child wasn't having to act in self defense for
herself and her sister - but one thing is clear: young
women are quickly becoming constantly unsafe in their
own country. The question is: who is going to speak up
for them?
